1. The store sells goods introduced in an offer via the www.cosmeticosonline.pt

2. The sales agreement is signed between the Customer and the CDP - COSMÉTICOS DA POLÓNIA LDA, located at Rua Conde de Rio Maior Nº 9, 1ºA, 2770-038 Paço de Arcos, NIF: 513963502.

I. The Customer undertakes to use this service in compliance with the laws and regulations in force that apply to it, as well as the Terms and Conditions presented here below.

II. CDP - COSMÉTICOS DA POLÓNIA LDA may, at any time, change, in whole or in part, the Terms and Conditions.

III. The sale process is subject to compliance with the rules defined by Law no. 25/2008 of 5 June, on the prevention and repression of money laundering and the financing of terrorism.

3. The period of providing services in an online store consists of three steps :

I. Products selection.

II. Placing an order.

III. Payment and collection.

4. After placing an order, the Client receives an confirming e-mail message. Orders do not require any additional confirmation.

5. Agreement is treated as signed with the moment when an electronic post office on the behalf of store send all confirmations of existing order.

6. All information about the products are implemented on the www.cosmeticosonline.com, including descriptions, technical and usage parameters.

7. Products prices with their right currencies are visible on the www.cosmeticosonline.com. Additionally, prices must include Value Added Tax. The prices shown in the store include VAT at the legal rate in force at the time of purchase.

8. Products prices do not contains delivery costs.

9. The customer can use the coupon or discount code in his shopping cart. The Customer can use only one coupon / code per order. Coupons and codes are not cumulative.

10. The Client may choose the following method payments:

I. Bank Transfer.

If you choose to transfer as payment prior will provide our account numbers for payment.

If within 7 business days (excluding weekends) has not received payment the order will be canceled.

IMPORTANT: We will be unable to process your order until payment has been consolidated into our bank account. It can take up to 3 working days for this to occur, so that transfer payments may take longer than expected.

II. Mulitbanco and MBWAY Transfer.

If you choose to transfer as payment prior will provide reference number.

If within 7 business days (excluding weekends) has not received payment the order will be canceled.

III. Payshop.

You can make the payment via the secure Payshop payment method.

IV. Paypal.

You can make the payment via the secure Paypal payment method – where you can use credit cards.

11. Claims combined with mechanical products or/and package damages which may appear during shipping, are investigated only on the basis of writing protocol of complaint in the presence of the person responsible for delivery (carrier) the moment the package is delivered.

12. All products purchased at the store www.cosmeticosonline.com may be returned and refunded, whenever the customer requests a return or exchange within 14 days after the date of receipt of the order, according to Portuguese legislation applicable to distance sales.


13. In case of return, the following conditions must be met:

I. For hygiene reasons, the products must be as new, undamaged, with all labels and without signs of use, with the original packaging and sealed - if applicable.

II. In case of exchange, return or cancellation of the order, the amount paid will be returned within a maximum period of 15 days, counting from the day on which the return is received by us.

III. If the reason for the return is our responsibility (for example, defective, damaged or incorrect item) the return shipping costs will be refunded. If the reason is different, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer.

IV. CDP - COSMÉTICOS DA POLÓNIA LDA does not assume any responsibility in case of loss of the return / exchange of the item sent by the customer.
